Denise Loter-Koch, Founder & CEO

Denise founded ebs on the idea that every business owner should have the education, resources, knowledge, and tools to effectively run the financial accounting of their business. Over time, she has built a team of accounting experts who specialize in knowing the ins and outs of QuickBooks, to help clients across all industries – become empowered.

Our mission at ebs is to empower business success, through our accounting expertise, software & technology knowledge, and our passion to help clients achieve their goals. Expertise and knowledge give us permission to offer our services, but our dedication is to helping clients achieve greater success. We provide clients across the U.S. with a comprehensive professional accounting company that empowers their business success. Our team helps every client achieve improved financial efficiency and independence by equipping them with QuickBooks tools and accounting knowledge. Our ability to provide a full suite of the services, products, and education that create an accounting hub, allows us to help meet the needs of businesses all in one place.

We provide every client with deep product knowledge, as well as project based or recurring accounting expertise. Our product expertise to help clients identify and implement the best solutions for their unique business is our trademark. Denise brings over 30 years of accounting experience to every client relationship. Bringing experience in QuickBooks and accounting education, QuickBooks services, as well as financial, accounting, business, and data services – Denise specializes in helping companies become financial fluent and functional. With extensive experience with Intuit products, her industry background includes working with companies in wholesale distribution, manufacturing, construction / contractors, retail, telecommunications government, professional services, food services / restaurant, automotive, and more. Her diverse yet deep industry experience allows her to help industry specific clients make the most out of QuickBooks, maximizing their investment in every aspect of their unique ® solution.
