Assessment
With all new clients, whether you need specific project work or ongoing services, we begin with an initial needs assessment. This initial conversation is at no charge and is simply our way of getting to know you and your business a little better.
Review
The initial assessment is followed by a one-hour general ledger review to fully identify your needs. The results of the review and documentation will be provided, whether or not you decide to engage our services further.
Scope
Prior to any engagement for services with ebs Associates, a detailed scope of work and service agreement is drafted for the client to review and accept.
Monthly Retainer
For clients requiring regular ongoing accounting, bookkeeping and/or financial controller services, it may be beneficial to work with us on a monthly retainer. Monthly retainers are established on an individual basis and are dependent on the specific needs of the client and the agreed upon scope of work.
Additional Fees
If we are traveling to your location, we do charge for the travel time, which may vary depending on your location. Any work performed at our offices is also subject to a per hour office usage fee.
Billing
Invoices are emailed to our clients on a bi-weekly basis; payment due within ten days. We offer three different payment options, including Electronic Debit/ACH, Check, or Cash.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our team, we require a 24-hr cancellation notice for all scheduled appointments. If a cancellation notice is not received, ebs Associates has the right to charge the customer the applicable hourly fee up to 3 hours.
